"New Art Now Showing"
View two new paintings from Kurt and Alex at this years Halloween art show at Mercury Tattoo Studio and Gallery in Glenside PA. The opening is on Sunday, October 28th from 4pm to 9pm. The art will hang until november 30th, so if you are going to be in the area, check out this show.
**Also showing this month** Kurt has done a back piece tattoo painting for the art show "Backs to the Future" and art show featuring backpiece tattoo paintings by various tattoo artists. This show will be hanging until the end of November at Rising Sun Tattoo, 1835 Albert st. Regina, Saskatchewan,

"Toronto Tattoo Convention 2007"
"Second T.V. appearance"Alex and I will be at the ninth annual Northern Ink Xposure tattoo convention in Toronto, June 15th-17th, 2007, at the Holiday Inn on King St.
Come out and see us, I will be tattooing there as well we will be selling some of our new art prints including my recent 3-D Print of my painting "Proxima Centauri".
In addition, this year we will be sharing our booth with Tommy Lee from Taiwan, he does some awesome work which you can see at his web site, click here. This will be Tommy's first visit to Canada so come out and see him.

In February Alex and I made an appearance on the French CBC show ZigZag. The first of two segments, that one focused mainly on the tattooing aspect of our art. In this segment they will focus on our paintings and everything around that side of our art. It will air on Monday, March 19th at 6:30 pm (central canada time) on CBC (The French channel), after the news. If you live outside of Western Canada or you miss the show, you can watch it online after the air date on the ZigZag web site, click here. "T.V. Appearance"
Alex and Kurt will appear on the French CBC show "ZigZag" on Monday, February 5th at 6:30 pm, central Canada time. There will be an interview and shots of them working, both painting and tattooing. If you live in western Canada be sure to check it out. If you miss it or live outside of western Canada, you can view it online at ZigZag's web site, click here. Once you are on thier main page, click the link that says "Regardez l'emission du 5 fevrier" and you will be able to see it (it will be posted after the actual show airs on t.v.). The show is in French but we will be speaking in English with French subtitles so everyone can watch. ... is an art show featuring the art of Kurt Wiscombe, The Pizz and Bob Tyrell. Presented by the Museum of contemporary Canadian art (MOCCA), "Sideshow" will take place in MOCCA's media lounge and is intended as a thematic compliment to the art show "Darkness Ascends" which will be taking place at the same time. The show will up for viewing from June 9th - August 16th, 2006. There will be a public reception on June 9th at 10 pm. Also, there will be a "Midnight Mass" reception on June 17th from 9 pm to 1 am, many of the artist in both shows will be at the "Midnight Mass", including Kurt, so try to make it down for this if you can.
